LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Believe it or not, the owners of this beautiful block and stucco Designer home bought it especially for their yellow lab, “Angel”. Like every other home in the Villages, it’s close to golf courses (there are 53 of them, for crying out loud!), pickleball courts (183 and counting), and just about any other activity you might care to participate in. What this home is close to, that 99.9% of the other homes in the Villages are not, is the most amazing unofficial off-leash dog park you can imagine. While the official Villages off-leash dog parks are generally a few thousand square feet of trampled grass and dirt, this home is a 90 second cart ride from Puppy Paradise. By some miracle, local dog owners have gotten permission from the local power company to use the several acres surrounding their substation as an off-leash dog park. The area is heavily wooded, and squirrels abound. Local volunteers provide and pick up trash cans for the you-know-what, and everyone picks up after their pups. It’s not actually a part of the Villages, so the Villages leash laws don’t apply. Love to take your pup for long off-leash walks without worrying about getting busted? You’ve just found your place. Friendly, well behaved dogs of any size are welcome. The bedrooms, living room and dining room have nice carpet, and the furniture is white - so please don’t even think of renting here if your dog can’t be trusted. You will be held responsible for “accidents”.

By the way, the house is super nice. It’s well furnished with new appliances, a new 65” smart TV, nice furniture, and comes with a quiet, non-stinky electric golf cart featuring a back seat that folds down to accommodate a dog bed. What more could you ask for?
