Hawthorne 41 Apartments is situated behind New Seasons, just steps away from restaurants, bars, and shopping, but on a quiet residential street. The building has undergone a complete renovation and offers reserved off-street parking, laundry in the basement (included in lease costs), a separate individual 4' x 8' storage closet and refinished, original charm along with modern conveniences like dishwashers and garbage disposals.
