Wonderful Corner Apartment - This wonderful two bedroom/one bathroom is a corner apartment on the first floor. There is hardwood floors in the living room, bedrooms and hallway with vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. The eat-in kitchen has good cabinet and countertop space. You apartment home has both a front entrance from the central courtyard as well as an entrance through the kitchen. Enjoy the convenience of your own individual water heater and furnace Water, sewer and trash are an additional $50.00 per month.

We are a pet friendly community and allow up to two pets per apartment. There are breed and weight restrictions for dogs (must be at adult weight under 40 pounds). There is a $150.00 pet deposit and a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee per pet. In addition, there is a $30.00 monthly pet rent per pet.

We do not take anyone with an eviction less than 5 years or money owed to another property

We will accept a Section 8 Housing Voucher
