5.) Current bank statement funds for (security deposit + 30 days rent)
Screening Fee (non refundable): $38 Per Applicant (all individuals over 18 residing in property) must apply, pay by Credit/Debit card. Each applicant must apply & submit all documents to the website or fax to EFax: [Use CALL button] .
Pets are considered for approval at the sole discretion of the Landlord. Extra deposit per pet of $200, include picture of your pet. Renters Insurance required with pet coverage. Allow 7 days for screening if all docs submitted.
