(There is a separately rented one bedroom cottage in back, however there is great separation of space between units. Back unit has own separate parking, outdoor area and entrance off the alley. The water/sewer bill on one meter in the landlords name, billed to the tenants by Chinook - 75% to the front house and 25% to the back cottage). Each unit has their own electric meter and will get an electric account with EWEB)

Pets: Allowed for responsible pet owners and extra deposit.
