-Indoor patio for each unit and outdoor decks (select units)
-Easy access to local universities, shopping, and downtown
-Garages (optional) available for rent @ $50/month (limited quantity available)
Included in rent is water, sewer, trash. Tenant responsible for electric (heat/AC) and cable/wi-fi.
Security deposit starts at equal to one month's rent.
