This pet-friendly unit includes:

-Large indoor pool!

-Private neighborhood

-Modern amenities such as dishwasher, central air and controlled access

-Spacious layout: 1,200 sq ft 2-bedroom or 1,500 sq ft 3-bedroom

-Indoor balcony for each unit and outdoor decks (select units)

-Easy access to local universities, shopping, and downtown

Included in rent is water, sewer, trash. Tenant responsible for electric, gas (heat/AC) and cable/wi-fi.

Security deposit starts at equal to one month's rent.

***Owners must complete PetScreening to determine exact eligibility and fees for pets. Animal deposits are non-refundable.

Professionally managed by Oliver Management Services, we offer 24-hour maintenance, convenient rent payment and work order tracking options, as well as shared laundry on site and reserved parking for each unit. Additional guest parking is available at no charge!

Application fees are $40 per adult, each adult who will be living in the unit must apply and complete a background check. Income requirements are 2.5x gross income of base rent.

Online payments subject to additional fees: Credit: 2.99%, Debit: $9.99, eCheck: Waived

Tenants will be charged $15/month each for LLI insurance if proof of self-acquired renter's insurance is not provided by move in.
