Washer and dryer are included in the unit as well as all stainless steal appliances (dish washer, oven, microwave, fridge) and tile floors.
The apartment itself was kept mostly clean by myself and I will go ahead and hire a professional service to clean the apartment after the lease has been signed. Apartment will come unfurnished but will for an extra $400.00, I'll leave my glass desk, desk chair, mattress and bed frame to you if needed.
