The unit is offered on a month-to-month rental agreement or up to a one year lease, so you can stay as long as you like.  The unit comes with a dishwasher, gas stove, central heating and air, a parking spot, balcony, outdoor storage closet and an individual hot water heater (fridge available as well, if needed). Newer granite counter-tops in the kitchen and bathroom.  The tenant is responsible for sewer, electric, and gas utilities. The property owner pays for water and trash.  One small pet dog (under 25 lbs) or cat is allowed with an extra $50 monthly pet fee.  To qualify, applicants must have a minimum 580 credit score through Experian with 70% of accounts paid as agreed, no bankruptcies within the last 12 months, and less than 3 items in collections (under $250 do not count).  Gross monthly income must be at least $4,000.00 verified with recent pay-stubs and a bank account.  Tenant insurance required.  No smoking.
