For self-employed individuals, you can provide one of these: last year's tax return, Form 1040, or 1099 Misc. Income Statement.
3. Photo or scanned copy of your Driver's License.
4. Three personal or professional references OR previous rental contact information.
5. Non-refundable $52 application fee from each applicant
