A Seasonal Dorm Bed at Highlands Ski Area - NOTE: This portal is not a guarantee that space will be available. Units are typically filled for Summer and Winter several months prior to the upcoming season. This portal allows people to apply for current and for future housing. All tenants must be approved by Aspen Pitkin Housing Authority prior to move-in.

This is for one bed in a student housing unit at Aspen Highlands. The unit and room will be assigned after a lease has been signed and initial payment is received. We will accommodate groups when possible. All beds in units will be filled. Units have 1 to 4 bedrooms. Most bedrooms have two beds. Unit capacity is 2 to 8 people, depending on the size. Units for 4 or more people have 2 bathrooms. All units have kitchen, washer and dryer. All units are located at the base of Aspen Highlands. Each unit has beds, bedside tables, lamps, and drawers. The beds have twin XL (single) size mattresses. Linen is not included. Parking not included. 2021 Rent is $681.00 plus $32 month utilities, and $25 month internet if available.
