2. Application Fee $55.00 *non-refundable* paid to third-party.
3. $250 holding fee applied towards security deposit.
4. $250 non-refundable cleaning fee.
5. Pets: Indoor cats welcome! (Some restrictions apply.) Non-refundable $250 pet fee and $25 / month rent for each cat.
6. Monthly utilities cost for Water/Sewer/Trash/Common Area Electricity based on the number of occupants:
1 Occupant = $90
2 Occupants = $160
3 Occupants = $210
Each additional occupant + $50.
7. Proof of renters insurance is required by move-in date.
