Centrally located between multiple parks and schools, and not far from local restaurants and businesses, this location offers both a quiet homefront, and accessibility to local amenities.
2708 Fitch #3S is a top-floor 2bed/1bath apartment. The entryway features a large coat closet as you enter, with a bright living room space immediately on your left. Moving further in, the apartment splits off into the two bedrooms and the updated bath. Just off of these is the very large kitchen, big enough to hold a dining table and chairs. The kitchen features a large pantry, ample counter space, and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. From the top of the building the windows let in plenty of natural light, and the back door exits to a classic Chicago wooden porch/stair leading down to the in-building laundry.
The building uses radiator heat. Tenants can provide a window Air Conditioning unit which our maintenance team will install for you. Tenants are responsible for their electrical utility, but there is no gas utility for tenants to pay at this building.
No security deposit. $350 move-in fee per adult tenant.
Cats OK, sorry no dogs. $300 pet move-in fee per animal.
