This property is located conveniently in a downtown Saratoga Springs neighborhood on a beautiful corner lot with easy on or off street parking. Walking proximity to charming shops, the arts, historic landmarks, infinite dining possibilities, peaceful parks, dog park, cycling/footpaths and seasonal festivals. Given the downtown corner lot location there is potential for related audible noise. Complimentary earplugs are provided to accommodate guest preference.

A convenient few steps from the parking lot will find you right at the front porch entrance to this first floor two bedroom unit right into the entry/ living room. Through the living room is the office area, a front and side bedroom, then down the hall past the full bath towards the large kitchen/ dining space, walk in pantry, and private rear entry. We have carefully outfitted the space with all of the accommodations you’ll want or need for relaxing, cooking, dining, sleeping, bathing, working, web surfing, conversing or even working. There are exterior entry stairs but none inside the home.

SLEEPING:

For sleeping there are two bedrooms each outfitted with a Queen bed as well as a bonus Queen size pullout couch in the living room to sleep two more with plentiful pillows and warm cozy seasonal layers.

KITCHEN/ DINING:

For meal time there is an open kitchen/ dining space featuring an expansive dining table complete with place settings, an oversized kitchen island for generous prep space and plentiful bakeware/ cookware, a gas stove and an outdoor grill for a wide variety of culinary prep wants and needs.

BATHROOM:

For bathing there is a beautifully updated bathroom with full tub/shower, stocked with beauty care basics and plentiful bath linens.
