Both bedroom and living room have panel heaters that provide heat throughout the house. However, the owner has provided an additional heater for bathroom on very cold winter days & nights.
This has a country-style kitchen with area for breakfast table. There is a full size washer/dryer in laundry room as well.
Wood & tile floors - no carpeting.
The owner added a central AC unit (mounts in a window) for added comfort!
The private fenced in back yard has gated access from driveway. You can also enter through front gate to front door.
