The Courtroom - What is certainly the most unique space at The Courthouse Lofts belongs to this namesake unit. This unit was originally the Federal Courtroom that heard many cases throughout its lifetime. Marble surrounds and simple classical pediments frame two pairs of raised entry doors with brass knobs and plates. A paneled wainscot of stained white oak encircles the room standing at a towering height of nine and ½ feet. The ceiling is stenciled in a colorful floral pattern. Plenty of large windows, lots of living and entertaining space, and a hidden water closet. This is a must see!
