Rent: $1,575
The lease for this property will begin June 1st, 2020 and expire on May 31, 2021 with the option to renew each year thereafter.
Transportation to Oakland or San Francisco can be taken via Downtown Berkeley BART. Both the bus stop and the BART are within walking distance from the house.
Showings will be by appointment only through our leasing office.
Holding Deposit: A holding deposit may be placed on for these units at any time. The holding deposit will be in the form of a check, made out to Savvy Properties, for $1,000. This check will not be cashed. It will be to hold your place in line for the unit. This holding deposit will give the applicants 2 uninterrupted business days to submit all their required documents, be approved, and sign the lease. If a lease is not signed within those allotted 2 business days, the hold on the unit will be void, and the next group in line will be given the opportunity to apply.
