Eastworks is a 500,000-square-foot converted mill building in the heart of Easthampton housing celebrated artists, creative entrepreneurs, local and national businesses, event space, restaurants, and residents. We are easily accessible to the Five College area, which includes shopping and dining in Northampton, Amherst, and Hadley, as well as world class music and art events. The PVTA bus line and Manhan Rail trail are steps away from our doors.
Our residents share a communal laundry area with 5 washers and 5 dryers (coin or app-operated). Eastworks is a non-smoking building. We do not allow dogs; cats are allowed with written permission. Electricity and internet are NOT included in the rent.
