All of the plumbing has been upgraded with new drains and copper water supply pipes. All of the fixtures in the bathroom are new. There are three closets. Wiring in the unit has been substantially upgraded to include lots of electric plugs. The telephone and cable wiring is also new. There is a voice control intercom to the front door of the building.
I have installed a new laundry in the basement which has two new Speed Queen washers and driers. The basement is quite an attractive part of the building, unlike most others in San Francisco.
Parking is available for $350 per month extra.
