Park Place is comprised of 2 separate buildings. Both buildings have an elevator, package locker system, gym, community room, and laundry rooms conveniently located on each wing on every floor. Security is a high priority and everyone’s responsibility. For your safety, our access system uses electronic key fobs, and we are equipped with security cameras throughout the property. Assigned garage stalls in the underground parking are available to rent for a $60/month fee. The nicely furnished guest suite is the perfect place for your visitors to stay for $80/night.
