-Indoor balconies in every apartment and outdoor decks in select units

Rent includes: water, sewer, and trash
Tenant pays: electric, cable/Wi-Fi
Security deposit: starting at one month’s rent
Pets are welcome with approval. All pet owners must complete PetScreening, which determines eligibility and applicable fees. Please note that pet deposits are non-refundable.
