Each apartment is approximately 795 sq ft and rent is $1,269/month, plus each tenant pays $40/month as a utility/water supplement. Tenants are responsible for their own electric bills (lighting and heating) and any phone or Internet desired. Landlord pays for trash/recycling and water/sewer. We will require strong rental history, good credit and a $1,269 partially-refundable security deposit ($150 of the deposit is retained as a carpet cleaning fee). No last month's rent deposit is required.

One or two neutered/spayed cats are acceptable with $35/cat pet rent. One or two dogs (breed restrictions apply on a case by case basis) are acceptable with $35/dog pet rent. No additional pet deposit is required.
