Total cost to move-in:
- first month's full rent
- security deposit (2x rent for credit scores between 575-599, 1x rent for credit scores above 600)
- first month's sewer and trash (total $84)
- if pets, then first month's pet rent ($50 monthly rent per pet) plus one-time pet fee $250 per pet
- prorated rent, sewer, and trash charges will be charged the following month
In order to secure the rental property the approved applicant is required to place a deposit. The security deposit is the equivalent of one month's rent or the amount requested that reflects your credit application. Pets are okay with non refundable pet fee. Resident is responsible for the following utilities including: Electric, Water, and Sewer. These utilities are not included in base rent pricing. Stoves and refrigerators are provided/will be provided in all homes.
