Beautifully Renovated 2 Bedroom/1.5 Bathroom Townhouse with Washer/Dryer, Parking and Patio Included, Close to Downtown McMinnville and Linfield College! - We are offering for rent a 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom townhome in at District 550 apartments. Rent for the 2 bedroom townhouse is $1199/month plus each tenant pays $40/month as a water/sewer/utility supplement. Tenants are responsible for their own electric bills (lighting and heating) and any phone or Internet desired. Landlord pays for trash/recycling, common electric, and water/sewer. We will require good rental history, good credit and a $1199 security deposit ($150 of which is a non-refundable carpet cleaning fee). No last month's rent deposit is required. One or two neutered/spayed cats are acceptable with pet rent ($35 per cat per month). Sorry, no dogs (certain quiet small breeds MAY be acceptable on a case by case basis). This is a smoke-free building so no smoking within any of the units or on decks/patios.
