We are a pet friendly community and allow up to two pets per apartment. There are breed and weight restrictions for dogs (must be at adult weight under 40 pounds). There is a $150.00 pet deposit and a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee per pet. In addition, there is a $30.00 monthly pet rent per pet.
Qualifications are:
Must make two and a half times the rent
We run credit and criminal background checks
We do not take anyone with an eviction in the last 5 years or money owed to another property
We require residents to participate in the Renter's Liability Insurance Program at $12.00/month. We do not require renter's insurance; however, we strongly recommend it as your personal belongings are not covered.
