In addition to our management services, we aid clients in the selection and analysis of new properties for purchase, resolve all insurance claims, complete all repairs necessary after a loss, update aged properties to compete in today’s market, and provide the support needed to facilitate the eventual sale of a client’s property. With Arbor’s resident engineer, Randy Werhane, we are able to diagnose and resolve many building physical and drainage problems in-house that would otherwise have to be done by an outside contractor at higher cost. We also offer a master insurance program that owners can elect to utilize to insure their properties at bulk rate discounts.
