All bedrooms include hardwood floors, chest of drawers and ample closet space. The front bedroom includes a full-sized bed and desk area. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed with vanity. The Master suite features a large king-sized bed, large dresser, television and desk area. The master bath includes a dual vanity and large tile shower.

The home offers three full bathrooms all which feed off an instant hot water tank ensuring that all showers can be used at once without lack of hot water or water pressure. The first bathroom located off the living area includes a shower stall and small vanity. The second bathroom features a six-foot soaking tub.

Grassy front and recently remodeled backyard offer plenty of space to enjoy the pleasantry of Coronado’s Summer weather. A hot and cold outdoor shower is the perfect place to rinse sandy feet (or fur) from a long day at the beach.
