It will need to be returned to us with their required supporting documents. Cosigner application fees are $25 and can be paid over the phone with a debit or credit card – please contact our receptionist to make payment. Please do not use the tenant application for your cosigners, as these will not be accepted.**
Unit will be available approximately end of August 2022, Move in date is based on condition of unit upon vacancy and repairs required. Once unit is deemed ready, tenants must start paying rent within 7 days. Lease until August 2023.
RENTERS INSURANCE WILL BE REQUIRED BY EVERY TENANT.
PROFESSIONAL CARPET CLEANING WILL BE COMPLETED BETWEEN EVERY TENANT. THIS EXPENSE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE DEPOSIT.
