EXTENSIONS if needed: $105/day - rate locked through July 31, then $110/day starting August 1, 2020
Billed monthly or partial month if departing.
$500 security Deposit
$175 one-time cleaning fee (non-refundable)
Optional:
Parking (direct access): $9/day (monthly increments) - One pass per apartment max. Additional vehicles referred to garage across the street.
Housekeeping: $7/day (Bi-weekly, other frequencies available)
Live TV Streaming Service: $3/day (wide variety of typical channels including sports and cable networks)

RATES based on lease start date within 5 days of booking or available date. No specials for extended hold bookings.
