Each Pet - $300 Deposit ($150 non-refundable) - $30 Monthly pet rent per pet.

Maximum Pet Weight: 45 lbs. - 2 Pet Limit Per Apartment
Qualifications are:
Must make 2.5 times the rent
We run credit and criminal background checks
We do not take anyone with an eviction or money owed to another property
