It will need to be returned to us with their required supporting documents. Cosigner application fees are $25 and can be paid over the phone with a debit or credit card – please contact our receptionist to make payment. Please do not use the tenant application for your cosigners, as these will not be accepted.**
Move in date is based on condition of unit upon vacancy and repairs required. Once unit is deemed ready, tenants must start paying rent within 7 days.
RENTERS INSURANCE WILL BE REQUIRED BY EVERY TENANT. PROFESSIONAL CARPET CLEANING MUST BE COMPLETED BETWEEN EVERY TENANT. THE EXPENSE FOR THIS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE DEPOSIT.
