Free permit parking is available for residents, but you may not need a car to live here. The location is in the Central West End/Midtown neighborhood--right in the middle of St. Louis. A 24-hour supermarket is within walking distance. Public transit is easily available, with direct access to Metrolink. Also within walking distance is the Cortex district, IKEA, pharmacies, coffee houses, restaurants and movie theaters. This location is truly "20 minutes to anywhere," as the saying goes in St. Louis.
This is a bicycle-friendly apartment building; you're welcome to store your bicycle in your apartment. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises.
If you do not have your own renter's insurance policy, there is an additional fee of $9.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance." Such insurance covers accidental damages to the apartment and the building, but not to personal possessions.
