Front house is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with hardwood flooring. Bedrooms are spacious and carpeted. Appliances in the front house will include a fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The front house also has a driveway and carport.
The owner of the home is building a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom ADU which will be located at the back of the lot. The new building will include its own kitchen and living room. The ADU won't be ready to occupy until October 1st, but a large majority of construction will be completed by the end of the Summer months. The owner of the home is looking for a group of up to five tenants who would all occupy the main home starting in September. Once the back unit is completed (October 1st), the same five tenants may have access to the rest of the property. Rent for September would be $3,300 and would increase to $5,800 for the entire property once the back unit is completed. Since all tenants will be on the same lease, the yard space will be shared between both the front and back units.
Appliances for the back unit would include a fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and stove/oven.
12 Month Lease. This is a NO PETS property. No smoking is allowed inside the home. The tenant is responsible for all utilities associated with the property. Owner to provide gardener.

If selected as a tenant, a Move-in Fee of $49 per household is required. The fee covers a move-in inspection including digital records of property conditions for tenant protection.

If your group is chosen for a property, we will schedule a time where everyone in your group will have to view the property in person before a lease is written.
