This house has passed military inspection in the past and should be easy again if needed! Two bedroom house with garage in a great residential neighborhood. Carpet throughout most of house with laminate oak flooring in dining room, kitchen and laundry/back porch area. The house has a large living room and nice sized kitchen and dining room. There is a detached garage with automatic opener along with a work bench and plenty of room. There is also a storage/utility shed. Fridge and stove provided.
There is an unfinished basement for storage and for a storm shelter in case of bad weather. The house has been economical to heat and cool. Average for all basic utilities has been around $190.00!
We previously removed the wall oven and installed a free standing stove/oven. The stove top on the counter was just removed and butcher block counter-tops installed but I don't have pictures yet.
A deposit equal to the rent is required. If a pet is approved, it must be over a year old, no vicious breeds of dogs, additional pet rent of $35.00/month and a pet deposit of half the total rent will be required.
We have an online application available making it easy to get approved. You can also put down a security deposit and sign the lease online once approved!
Clay Center is a wonderful small community about 35-45 minutes to Manhattan, Junction City or Fort Riley. We have everything you need for day to day living located right here in town. Our brand new Aquatic Park is amazing! We also recently built a very nice new park downtown, we have a nice free zoo that is being completely renovated, public library, private country club and public golf course as well as many more activities and attractions. This is a great community to raise a family in or to just get away from the JC/Fort Riley/Manhattan area.
