You will need to bring photo identification and a $20.00 refundable key deposit. You can view the property up to 24 hours Monday-Thursday. Friday key check out are due back to our office by 5:00pm. There is a $40.00 application fee. During the application process we check credit, criminal, rental history and verify income/employment.
