Apartment On-Site Resident Manager - Apartment On-Site Resident Manager
Compensation: 1/3 off rent and $15 per hour at 5-10 hrs per week - second income source is required to meet 3x the rent amount.
101 Property Management is seeking an individual to "serve" as an On-site Resident Manager for our 20-unit complex at Woodcrest Arms located at 745 S. Dora Street in Ukiah. Please visit property before you apply to ensure this is a proper fit for your life-situation.
Prior property management experience is preferred but not necessary for this position. Candidate will be expected to keep the apartment grounds picked up and clean on a daily basis, ensuring the community pool is clean, assessing needs and communicating with supervisor. Good communication skills, phone skills are required. You must be organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Communicate with supervisor to ensure property is in good condition
Promote positive public relations with prospects, residents, vendors and clients
Communicate with supervisor if lease violations are noticed
Resolve any emergency situations appropriately
Cleaning of pool and testing of Ph levels
Serve notices when necessary
Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality
May require some weekends and after hours
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Daily cleaning of apartment ground
Must be able to walk up and down stairs
Job Type: Part-time
