Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises. This is a bicycle-friendly apartment building, with a bike rack in the upper lobby.
If you do not have your own renter's insurance policy, there is an additional fee of $9.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance." Such insurance covers accidental damages to the apartment and the building, but not to personal possessions.
