We are currently adding new 2-tone paint scheme throughout this apartment as well as installing vinyl wood-plank flooring and adding new ceiling fans for the living room and bedroom. The shower/tub has been refinished. Continuing on, this apartment has a complete kitchen with stove, range and refrigerator with plenty of kitchen cupboards for a nicely complemented small kitchen. This unit has several built in closets throughout the unit for storage of bedding, linens, towels, etc. The bedroom can accommodate a queen-size bed and bureau drawers with ample closet space for cloths, uniforms and shoes. There is a sliding glass lanai door that leads to medium size lanai area that has washer and dryer hook-ups for tenant use*.
