I have a VERY SMALL BUT CUTE first floor 1 bedroom apartment for rent. This apartment was meant for Stockton College students for semesters.. but due to Covid we opened it up for All Residents.

This is a 2 blocks from the beach/bay… 50 feet from Jitney & Bus Stop located in AC next to Ventnor.

This bldg is quiet with good tenants who respect each other and looking for the same.!

We understand Covid has hit some people harder than others and we are willing to work with not perfect credit.. BUT unfortunately if you have ANY EVICTIONS within the past 10 Years we are truly sorry, we will not consider you as a tenant.

We do accept Vouchers.

We allow pets with Renters Insurance and pet listed.
