- After tax income must be at least 3 times the rent. Income requirements do not apply for voucher holders, but you would need to provide proof of sufficient income, to pay for utilities and basic expenses
- $950 deposit to hold the unit until your move in date
- Application fee is $20/adult
- Apply in person, bring proof of all household income or email it (at least 2 months of pay stubs, SSI, Snap, etc.), drivers license or photo ID, voucher if applicable, and $20 per adult application fee (cash or CashApp)
