Please note: This home is located on a dirt road (approximately .7 miles away from the main road), normal vehicles are able to utilize year round, but be mindful if your vehicle has lower than average clearance. This offers rural serenity and privacy only a short drive away from all the amazing conveniences near by!

*Guests must sign a ca residential lease agreement

Guests are able to utilize the entire home except for the following areas:

-Garage is for owner access only and not included

-2 hall closets are for owner/housekeeper access only

-Horse corrals/arena are off limits unless previously agreed upon (extra fees apply)

Other things to note

-Garage not included

-No lifeguard on duty- swim at your own risk

-No pets permitted at any time

-Due to the nature of the costs associated with heating the spa, guests are allotted a full propane refill at the beginning of their stay (there is a meter). If the propane tank hits 30%, the guest is required to pay the cost of refilling the tank back to full (85%). Upon checkout, the meter will be read and the guest will be reimburses the amount not used above the 30% threshold. For example, if you check out and there is 50% propane remaining, you will be reimbursed the cost of 20% since that remaining amount was not used by the guest.

The propane tank is a 250 gallon tank, If guests use propane moderately/responsibly (not excessively heating the spa, not accidentally leaving spa heater on etc.), you should not expect to incur this expense, as the full propane tank should offer adequate propane for your stay.

This expense can however be expected if you heat the main pool, accidentally leave the spa heater on, etc., which can drain an exorbitant amount of propane.

- Water, Trash and WiFi included.

-Max 8 adults, home can accommodate 2 additional young children (crib bed + toddler bed located in bedroom #2)

-Ring doorbell camera on front door, if guest wishes we can share access with you for the duration of your stay

-Home is located on a dirt road (approximately .7 miles), which offers privacy and serenity. 4x4 not required, but be mindful of vehicles with lower than average clearance.
