Shorter leases: $110 per day, minimum stay is 1 month. For new hires LANL covers 30 days of lodging expenses at $110 per day for postdocs, and 60 days for regular employees.

The two large bedrooms and a full bath are located upstairs. The living room, kitchen, washer/dryer, and a half bath are downstairs. The living room opens to a fenced, furnished patio. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all cookware you need for cooking a real meal. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds. Portable air conditioners and ceiling fans keep home comfortable in summer.
For LANL reimbursement we provide an invoice and a short term lease agreement. Please note, there is also a $150 cleaning fee per stay, not covered by LANL.
