Our units can be leased furnished or unfurnished at the same rate. We require one month's deposit or Obligo renter's deposit insurance at the time of lease signing. All utilities including wifi are included for a $75/mo fee.

A $40 Application Fee and Background Check Fee are non-refundable, so please ensure you meet our minimum requirements before applying. Currently, this property is not available for tenants with:

• an income less than 3.0x rent,

• a housing voucher,

• a judgement or eviction less than 5 years old,

• any accounts in collections in excess of $500, not including medical or student debt
