This room is on the lower level of the home with a full ground level window. The house is huge with many shared common areas including a large kitchen with 2 sinks, 2 ovens and 2 refrigerators. Your bathroom would be shared with just one other person. All utilities are included - electric, heat, water, internet. You would have a dedicated parking spot for one vehicle. Swimming pool available for your use and private dock on Box Pond for fishing/small boats.
This is a temporary rental with a security deposit of one months rent required. ($700/month or $170/week) The property is listed for sale so once a sale is made you will be given a minimum of 45 days notice to vacate. You must occasionally allow for potential buyers to view the space (with 24 hours notice.) Please be aware that cats live in the house (theyre not allowed in the lower level or your bedroom.)
