- LEASE LENGTH: 1 year

- SPECIAL LEASE PROVISIONS: Tenants responsible for bringing out their individual trash cans for trash pick-up. Tenant must install a shower liner that sits on the inside of the shower lip. 2nd floor balcony is shared.

- RENTER'S INSURANCE: Tenant must carry renter's insurance w/ minimum $100K liability
