A clawfoot tub for soaking baths and a top-of-the-line washer and dryer.

Sylvan Park is a charming neighborhood located just 4 miles from downtown, yet it maintains its own unique atmosphere. The area is popular for its local restaurants, such as Caffe Nona, which was featured on Dives, Diners, and Drive-ins, as well as the Saturday Farmers Market and the McCabe public golf course.
