Convenient and close proximity to 6th Ave, easy to get to the mountains or to the city. This house has a lot to offer! Thanks for looking! The rent agreement is month to month. There is no smoking in the house, but there are outdoor spaces where the renter is permitted to smoke. There is someone who comes to clean the shared spaces once a week to ensure that everyone is comfortable in the house.
