Subletting either the whole house (3 bedrooms, 2 baths) for $2,150 or, if you want, there is also the option to sublet just two of the three bedrooms for $1,075. This house is in a quiet, walkable neighborhood in South Austin, not far from Stassney. The house has a large master bedroom with a modern master bathroom, as well as two smaller bedrooms and a second full bathroom. The house has been recently renovated and has amenities such as central A/C, central heat, a two-car garage with additional parking, a fireplace, a fenced backyard that backs onto a greenbelt (with a private creek, almost in your backyard!), new stainless steel appliances, a fire pit in the backyard, and washer/dryer hookups.

My housemate and I renewed our lease for this house on July 1st and we have since decided to both move out for various personal reasons and are looking for someone to sublease this property from us until the lease is over next July. At that point, the landlord would be willing to sign a new lease with you. The landlord requires background/credit check, income verification (total household income must be 3x the rent), and one months deposit.
