The house has been recently renovated and has amenities such as central A/C, central heat, a two-car garage with additional parking, a fireplace, a fenced backyard that backs onto a greenbelt (with a private creek, almost in your backyard!), new stainless steel appliances, a fire pit in the backyard, and washer/dryer hookups.
My housemate and I renewed our lease for this house on July 1st and we have since decided to both move out for various personal reasons and are looking for someone to sublease this property from us until the lease is over next July. At that point, the landlord would be willing to sign a new lease with you. The landlord requires background/credit check, income verification (total household income must be 3x the rent), and one months deposit. Preferred move-in date is November 1st, though I am happy to discuss October move-in dates as well, please feel free to message me about that. Tenants are responsible for all utilities.
