One flat fee pays all: heat, a/c, electric, gas, water, trash, Direct TV, high speed Wi-fi, use of Maytag front loaders, everything out the door!
2 person maximum occupancy. (may be an exception for one extra person @ additional charge).
Pets: Cats only
Move-in:
App Fee $40
Deposit $650
First month's rent: $1145 + $250 flat fee utilities/Front Loaders/TV/Wi-fi = $1395
Qualifications:
-Your collective gross monthly income needs to be 3-4 times rent.
- Valid current drivers license
-You need to be at least one year removed from foreclosure/bankruptcy
-You can’t have had any evictions
-You must have good references from previous landlords and current employers
-You cannot be involved in a lawsuit as a “Plaintiff” other than divorce, child custody or auto accident
-You can’t have any prior criminal convictions of a violent or drug-related felony
-You must be polite
-You cannot owe outstanding money for child support or alimony (back payments, you must be current on all payments).
