Additional deposit amounts are required for pets; monthly pet rent will apply. A minimum monthly $150 pool service fee will apply for homes with pools only. A one-time move-in fee of $199 will apply. The tenant is responsible for all lawn maintenance. If the home is tenant-occupied, restrictions may apply. A minimum of $100.000 in Renters insurance is required.
